DB2 - Problem description

DB2MSCS -U RETURN "DB2MSCS PROCESSING COMPLETE, RC = 1503"

Problem description:
This error is due to a change to the internal data structure 
sizes. If the db2mscs.bak file was created by an earlier fp 
version of  DB2 (the data objects were created based on the old 
size) unclustering it using a newer version of DB2 will lead to 
this problem.
