DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC65111 Status: Closed

IBM.DATA.DB2.ENTITY.DLL IS NOT CONFIGURED CORRECTLY IN THE GAC WHEN 64-BIT
DB2 IS INSTALLED

Problem description:
When 64-bit DB2 is installed on a 64-bit windows, if it is the 
default copy on the system, the IBM .NET Data Provider DLLs will 
be deployed to GAC and configured with the system. 
Although the DB2.Data.DB2.Entity.dll is put into GAC during the 
install, it was not deployed and configured correctly.

Local Fix:
Use the gacutil.exe tool to deploy the DB2.Data.DB2.Entity.dll 
to GAC after the db2 install.
