WRONG MESSAGES IN DB2SUPPORT.LOG FILE IN DB2SUPPORT.ZIP

Problem description:
The wrong messages "WLM service classes" and "WLM workloads" 
will show up in db2support.log in V97FP1 instead of "START: " 
and "STOP: " messages as below:

From V97FP2, V98FP3, the db2support.log will have START/ STOP 
messages logged.
