Problem IC65236 Status: Closed

ADDING SYSTEM TIME TO DB2PD OUTPUTS

product:
DB2 CONNECT / DB2CONNCT / 910 - DB2
Problem description:
In version 8 db2pd outputs show relative time (from the moment
of the instance restart) and absolute system time. Versions 9.*
are missing the absolute system time that make it difficult to
correate with other diagnostic information.

This APAR is to add absolute / system time to db2pd outputs.
Problem Summary:
User's Affected: All
Problm sumamry: This apar is for servicability purpose to have
the timestamp when db2pd command was executed. We added system
time to the db2pd outputs
(as it had been in v8) additionally to the the existing relative
time from the instance restart.

With current APAR:

>db2pd -

Database Partition 0 -- Active -- Up 0 days 00:00:03 -- Date
11/17/2009 16:37:52

instead of current output:

Database Partition 0 -- Active -- Up 0 days 00:00:03
