DB2MNT RESOURCES ARE IN UNKNOWN STATUS WHEN SYSTEM IS BUSY |

| Problem description: |
the db2 mount resource monitors can take a long time to return
when the system is busy. The majority of the time is spent in
lsvg or lslv commands. When the scripts timeout, TSA doesn't
know the true state of the resources and lists them as unknown
which limits TSAs HA functionality. |
