DB2 - Problem description

REPORT ERROR SQL10003C WHEN ACCESS FOREIGN TABLE DATA IN DIFFERENT
CODEPAGE.

Problem description:
When accessing foreign table data which related to codepage 
conversion, it will report: 
SQL10003C There are not enough system resources to process the 
request. 
And db2diag.log include: 
FUNCTION: DB2 UDB, oper system services, sqlofica, probe:10 
DATA #1 : SQLCA, PD_DB2_TYPE_SQLCA, 136 bytes 
 sqlcaid : SQLCA     sqlcabc: 136   sqlcode: -10003   sqlerrml: 
20 
 sqlerrmc: String was truncated 
 
But when federation server codepage changing between multi 
character codepage and single character codepage,  SQL10003C 
error may disappear.

Solution
Problem was first fixed in Version 9.7 FixPak 2 (s100514). This 
fix should be applied on the federation server.
