EXPLAIN SHOWS INCORRECT INDEX TABLESPACE WHEN INDEXES ARE IN A DIFFERENT
TABLESPACE THAN THE TABLE

Problem description:
When XML indexes are in a different tablespace than the table, 
explain shows the table tablespace for the XML indexes. 
For other types of indexes, the problem exist only when the 
statement is explained using section information via 
EXPLAIN_FROM_ACTIVITY, EXPLAIN_FROM_CATALOG, EXPLAIN_FROM_DATA, 
or EXPLAIN_FROM_SECTION procedures.

Solution
Problem was first fixed in Version 9.7 Fix Pack 2. At a 
minimum, this fix should be applied on the server side.
