DB2PD -DBPTNMEM GETS AN ERROR WHEN THERE ARE MANY LOCAL
CONNECTIONS.

Problem description:
When you run "db2pd -dbptnmem" command while there are many 
local connections (more than 700), error below will be received 
: 
"Invalid or corrupt self describing stream detected, force 
command termination. "
