DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC66095 Status: Closed

FAIL TO UNINSTALL THE ONLY DEFAULT DB2 COPY IF A MERGE MODULE DB2 COPY
COEXISTS ON 64BIT WINDOWS

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description:
When users try to uninstall the only DB2 copy on a 64bit Windows
system where a merged module DB2 copy exists, uninstallation
will fail with error message "switch the default copy to another
copy". This is incorrect as the merged module DB2 copy cannot be
the default copy and hence there should not be any error to
uninstall the DB2 copy even though it is the current default DB2
copy.
