Problem IC66511 | Status: Closed |
DB2LOOK WILL GENERATE DDL FOR STORED PROCEDURES WHICH HAVE MORE THAN 90 PARAMETERS
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 950 - DB2
Problem description: | |
DB2look is using a buffer to hold the parameter list. The maximum number of parameters for Function and Method is 90. This is the current limitation of db2look, it can generate DDL only for stored procedure having maximum of 90 parameter list. Stored Procedures can support up to 32756 parameters which is considerable more in order to hold this info in the buffer. This APAR will address this issue by allowing db2look to handle a large parametered SP, especially more than 90 parameters.
