The files that contain the stored procedures are not world readable |

| Problem description: |
During instance migration from V9.1 to V9.5, installed stored
procedures may not have read permission for Other.
Thus, when executing stored procedures you may get the following
error:
db2inst2 $ db2 "call out_language(?)"
SQL4304N Java stored procedure or user-defined function
"DB2INST2.OUT_LANGUAGE", specific name "JDBC_OUT_LANGUAGE" could
not load Java
class "testserver", reason code "1". SQLSTATE=42724 |
