| Problem description: |
During the building of a compression dictionary, there is
potential to trap if a record being sampled to build this
dictionary is a back-overflow. Methods of compression that are
effected are INSPECT ROWCOMPESTIMATE,
ADMIN_GET_TAB_COMPRESS_INFO with the 'ESTIMATE' option,
Automatic Dictionary Creation (ADC).
