Problem description:
There may be an access violation on DB2 for Windows ( typically 
only in Client code ) 
in function cfgReadRegistryList. 
The conditions to encounter this problem are rare, as it 
requires an error code path to be followed due to a problem with 
the registry.

Solution
This problem has first been fixed in V9.7 Fix Pack 3. 
The correct behaviour is for DB2 to gracefully return an error 
reporting the underlying problem.
