JCC SQLJ BATCH INSERTS RETURNS ARRAYINDEXOUTOFBOUNDSEXCEPTION

Problem description:
When performing heterogeneous batch INSERTs using customized 
SQLJ the following error is returned from the JDBC/JCC driver:

Solution
Problem was first fixed in v9.5 Fixpack 6.  At minimum this fix 
should be applied to the JDBC client.
