DB2 - Problem description

ADDING LASTAPPLID FOR OUTBOUND APPLID AND LASTPOOLED TIMESTAMP IN DB2PD

Problem description:
For servicability purpose we extend the db2pd -agents report 
with 2 additional fields: LastApplID - the outbound 
applicationID 
that pooled agent was servicing last time and LastPooled - 
the timestamp when agent was pooled. 
 
Using those fields we will be able to monotor agents reuse and 
could correlate the pooled agents with Display Thread Inactive 
report from zOS server.
