THE 'CTE0157 SYNTAX ERROR NEAR "CDEFG" AND"' ERROR
MESSAGES IS GARBLED IF CUSTOMER IS USING DOUBLE BYTE CODE SET

Problem description:
The 'CTE0157 Syntax error near "CDEFG" and"' error messages is 
garbled if customer is using double byte code set 
 
The message is not garbled if customer uses single byte code 
set.
