DB2 - Problem description

IN HA ENVIRONMENT, FILESYSTEMS FAIL TO MOUNT DUE TO A CONFLICT BETWEEN THE
MOUNTV97_MONITOR.KSH AND MOUNTV97_START.KSH SCRIPTS

Problem description:
The mountV97_monitor.ksh script mounts a filesystem before the 
mount start script can do so, thus leading to device busy error 
when the mountV97_start script attempts to mount it. On AIX, the 
mountV97_monitor.ksh script will mount the filesystem it is 
attempting to monitor if it finds its volume group is varied on 
on this same node.
Problem Summary:
USERS AFFECTED:  AIX
