CONFIGURE AUTOMATIC MAINTANANCE FROM DB2CC DOESN'T WORK WHEN THERE IS
NO VALID ADMIN NODE CONFUGURED FOR THE DATABASE

Problem description:
With DB2 Control Center,  if you want to configure the automatic 
maintenance for a database but you didn't define a valid admin 
node for the database on the machine where DB2 Control Center is 
installed, nothing will happen.
