DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2

Calling the stored procedure SYSPROC.ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE to move a 
table returns SQL1131 Stored procedure process has been 
terminated abnormally.  The trap file for the db2fmp process 
will indicate there was a segmentation fault (signal #11) and 
contain the following function stack:

This was first fixed in v9.7 Fixpack 3.  At minimum this fix
