DB2DIAG.LOG FLOODED WITH WITH SQLCCTCPCONNR ERROR MESSAGES FOR ASNAPPLY

Problem description:
If you are using asnapply, it could happen that after a fixpack 
upgrade (eg. V9.1 FP8 to V9.1FP9), you see the following 
messages very frequently in your db2diag.log. 
Please note that asnapply functionality is not affected by this.
