Problem IC69423 | Status: Closed |
LINUX: USE DLVSYM TO GET NUMA FUNCTION SYMBOLS
product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 950 - DB2
Problem description: | |
SLES11 SP1 changed numa_node_to_cpus() so it is a cover function for two versions of numa_node_to_cpus(). By default, the newer second version is called, but it traps with the arguments we are currently passing to numa_node_to_cpus(). To fix this, use dlvsym and request the first version. (We currently retrieve pointers to functions in libnuma and call the functions via the pointers.)
