MEMORY LEAK IF DAS SERVER IS NOT RUNNING BUT THERE IS A NOTIFICATION LIST |

| Problem description: |
This issue was found on DB2 9.5 FP4 on Linux AMD 64 bit.
The leak depends on the type of communication used between
db2acd process and the DAS server.
The db2acd process is attempting to create a named pipe for
communication purposes with the DAS server.
The memory allocation is not cleaned up properly which leads to
this memory leak.
The leak is about 1Mb per day.
The trace information below illustrates that the DAS component
DasCommFactory__getCommInterface
exits with the error -7051.
