DB2 - Problem description

IMPROVE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE QPWLMMIG.PL SCRIPT THAT PROVIDES ASSISTANCE
IN MOVING FROM QUERYPATROLLER TO WLM

Problem description:
The qpwlmmig.pl script output includes a comment and link to a 
best practices white paper.  The link is no longer valid and 
should be updated to the best practices root page: 
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/data/bestpractices/. 
 
Additionally, the qpwlmmig.pl script accepts 4 arguments: 
Usage: 
 qpwlmmig.pl dbAlias userId passwd outputFile 
 
The userId and passwd arguments can be omitted by using a dash 
"-" in their place. 
 
The help option for the script should include instructions on 
how to omit those arguments.
