FUNCTION MON_GET_FCM AND MON_GET_FCM_CONNECTION_LIST CANNOT BE ACCESSED UNDER DB2 FOR WINDOWS |

| Problem description: |
When calling function MON_GET_FCM or
MON_GET_FCM_CONNECTION_LIST on DB2 for Windows, it will return
SQL0444N error.
For example:
SQL0444N Routine "*_GET_FCM" (specific name "MON_GET_FCM") is
implemented
with code in library or path
"...LLIB\bin\routine\db2dbrouttrusted", function
"monGetFcm" which cannot be accessed. Reason code: "6".
