DB2 CAN CREATE RANDOM FILES ON CONNECT IF DB2INSTANCE USER IS NOT DEFINED ON THE SYSTEM |

| Problem description: |
Random filenames can get created by DB2 in the current working
directory if the db2instance user does not exist on the system
(eg the username for DB2INSTANCE is not in the password file)
The filenames created are random garbage. |
