DB2 MAY ABEND DUE TO MEMORY CORRUPTION WHILE ESTIMATING STATISTICS. |

| Problem description: |
DB2 may terminate abnormally upon detecting memory corruption.
This can happen if the query is complex with numerous tables and
local range predicates. The problem does not happen if there is
no local range predicate in the query.
