INSTANCE MAY ABEND DURING CREATION OF STORED PROCEDURE THAT REFERENCES

Problem description:
DB2 instance may abend during creation of a stored procedure 
that references invalidated view(s). 
For this to occur, following conditions must be satisfied: 
- Database must be in DEFERRED_FORCE auto-revalidate mode, i.e., 
the database configuration parameter auto_reval must have a 
value of DEFERRED_FORCE 
- The stored procedure creation text refers to an entity, e.g., 
column, from an invalidated view
