Problem description:
The following query fails with GSE3400C: 
 
 
select DB2GSE.ST_BUFFER(SHAPE, 1) from 
   (select  DB2GSE.ST_BUFFER(SHAPE,1) as shape 
    from mytable) 
 
Result: 
SQL0443N Routine DB2GSE.CESBUFFER (specific name "GSEBUFFER") 
return SQLSTAT error with text "GSE3400C Unknown error "-777". 
 
SQLSTATE=38SS0 
 
The problem is very specific to particular coordinate values.
