REMOTE DATABASE CONNECTION FAILED WITH A TRAP FILE IS GENERATED EACH TIME
IN THE SOCKS ENVIROMENT ONLY.

Problem description:
Reorganization of tcprecv() function in V9.7 causes the remote 
database connection failed with a trap file is generated each 
time in the SOCKS enviroment only.
