RUNNING OCI API OCITRANSSTART IN DB2CI APPLICATION RETURNS CLI0125E FUNCTION SEQUENCE ERROR. |

| Problem description: |
When running DB2CI application in DB2 V9.7, if
OCI_TRANS_SERIALIZABLE or OCI_TRANS_READONLY is specified in the
flags parameter of the OCITransStart API, the CLI0125E Function
sequence error will be returned.
e.g.
OCITransStart(svchp, errhp, 60, OCI_TRANS_SERIALIZABLE);
OCITransStart(svchp, errhp, 60, OCI_TRANS_READONLY); |
