DB2 - Problem description

Information that the database has been deactivated is not picked up
instantly by ATS.

Problem description:
Information that the database has been deactivated is not picked 
up instantly by ATS, it is only in the next evaluation cycle 
that this information would be picked up and the tasklist be 
removed by ats. 
 
After deactivation of the database, the ATS tasklist continues 
to remain. The information that the database has been 
deactivated is not picked up instantly by ATS. 
It fills the db2diag.log with hundreds of following messages :
