DB2 - Problem description

ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE DOES NOT ALLOW TO MOVE TABLES WITH LOB COLUMNS THAT DOES
NOT HAVE A UNIQUE INDEX

Problem description:
ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE may receive a "SQL2105N Reason Code: 25" error 
which means that it does not allow to move tables with LOB 
columns that does not have a unique index. That is an 
unnecessary limitation.
