DB2 - Problem description

DB2WDOG CRASHES WITH A SEGMENTATION VIOLATION.

Problem description:
The db2wdog EDU may crash with a segmentation violation while it 
is cleaning up resources associated with a FMP process which has 
been terminated by db2agent EDU. 
 
In db2diag.log you will see db2wdog messages related to the FMP 
process clean-up with a NULL "pFmpEntry" followed by a record of 
the crash. 
 
A trap file will be produced containing the stack: 
sqlccfreebuffer 
sqlccfreebuffer 
sqlerCleanThreadResource 
sqlerTerminateFmp 
sqlerReturnFmpToPool 
sqleChildCrashHandler

Local Fix:
N/A.
Solution
Problem was first fixed in v9.7 Fixpack 2.  At minimum the fix 
should be applied to the server side.
