INCORRECT PERMISSIONS ON CONTAINER CREATION SYNCHRONIZATION DIRECTORY |

| Problem description: |
A DB2 instance-owner created directory, used to synchronize
container creation, is created with world-write permissions. DB2
does not read from or write to this directory, nor are the
permissions ever modified. Deleting this directory could result
in unexpected behaviour for container creation if it is deleted
while in use. |
