MIGRATED SQL PROCEDURE MAY FAIL WITH RC = -901.

Problem description:
The following kind of errors may be written to db2diag.log with 
dump data for executing a SQL procedure 
if the SQL procedure has been migrated to V9.1 or V9.5 from V8.

This issue may happen for a SQL procedure accessing a LOB object 
in mixed code page environment.

Local Fix:
Drop and create the SQL procedure after a DB2 instance is 
migrated from V8.
