DB2HAICU MOVE OPTION SHOULD BE DISABLED FOR SHARED DISK SYSTEMS

Problem description:
The db2haicu move option should only be used in cases where a 
non-shared home directory is used and the home directory is not 
made a critical resource. 
In scenarios where home directory is on a shared file system or 
is made highly available, the SA MP command 'rgreq' should be 
used.

Run SA MP command instead
