DB2BATCH RETURNS SQL1611W WHEN PERF_DETAIL 2 IS USED. |

| Problem description: |
When DB2batch requests information for snapshot using
PERF_DETAIL it may return SQL1611W message.
The problem is Db2batch will request snapshot by agent_id.
However, the logic in the DB2 snapshot is not correct, it can't
resolve the correct application for that agent which make
db2batch return SQL1611W message. |
