Starting with DB2 9.7 FP3, if you have catalogued your databases in LDAP, your ODBC applications can crash during the connection attempt. This will typically occur on connection attempts from Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access and you will see a message like this : "Faulting application msaccess.exe, version 11.0.8321.0, stamp 4b4f9cfd,faulting module db2sys.dll, version 9.7.300.291, stamp 4c813099, debug? 0, fault address 0x0001e3af" | |
