DB2 - Problem description

DB2SUPPORTWITH -D OPTION MAY CRASH

Problem description:
If db2support is executed with -d <database name> option, 
db2support may crash. 
The following kind of crash information will be displayed in a 
dialog box and it will be recorded in Windows application event 
log. 
 
db2support.exe 
Signal 0xc0000005 at the offset 0x00000000000be8ec in 
DB2CLPFP64.dll. 
 
User affected: 
This issue may happen only in DPF environment (even single 
node). 
 
The crash should only happen in the Windows environment. 
For the other platforms, db2support may fail to collect the file 
containing "get db cfg show detail" information. 
And this issue may happen for DB2 V9.7 Fix Pack 3 and later.
