DB2 - Problem description

THE PORT NUMBER FOR SSL_SVCENAME IN THE SERVICE FILE IS USED FOR SVCENAME.

Problem description:
When DB2 instance is configured for SSL and both SSL_SVCENAME 
and SVCENAME is configured the db2 server take the port number 
for SSL_SVCENAME in the service file is used for SVCENAME. 
 
You may get error message like below. Take note that it's 
mentioning SVCENAME but showing the port number for SSL_SVCENAME
