DB2 may crash in deleteXmlBuffer when old levels of session managers are used. |

| Problem description: |
The code path that causes DB2 crash should not be invoked;
however, some old levels of Session
Manager could cause this code path to be executed and cause DB2
to crash.
Db2 crash because of SIGSEGV and Trap shows the following stack
