DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC72811 Status: Closed

DB2 may crash in deleteXmlBuffer when old levels of session managers are
used.

Problem description:
The code path that causes DB2 crash should not be invoked; 
however, some old levels of Session 
Manager could cause this code path to be executed and cause DB2 
to crash.
