If routine ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE get an internal CLI error the CLI
error text is lost.
Example on how it looks:
SQL0443N Routine "*BLE_MOVE" (specific name "") has returned an
error
SQLSTATE with diagnostic text "SQL0969N There is no message
text
corresponding to SQL err". SQLSTATE=22001
Example on what one expect to see:
