DB2TOP DISPLAYS SCRAMBLED SCREEN IN AIX WHERE LC_XXX="EN_US" |

| Problem description: |
If on AIX LC_XXX="EN_US" db2top display will be scrabbled.
This fix will display a message on what actions to take
db2top will output a message similar to the following
Change locale to en_US by exporting environment variable LANG to
en_US.
Or switch to another environment where locale is similar as
below:
LANG=EN_US
LC_COLLATE="C"
LC_CTYPE="C"
LC_MONETARY="C"
LC_NUMERIC="C"
LC_TIME="C"
LC_MESSAGES="C"
LC_ALL= |
