This problem only occurs on v9.7 Fixpak 3. The following steps display the behavior: 1) Catalog the server with a complete admin node, tcpip node 2) Right click on the databases folder under the instance that corresponds to the server from (1) in Control Center and select to create a new database. 3) Click on the "..." beside the database path dialog 4) You will only be allowed to select the local file system, not the remote file system. | |
