DB2 - Problem description

DB2 LOAD COMMAND MAY RECEIVE SQL2044N ERROR WITH RC=1 ON WINDOWS SERVER

Problem description:
In some instances, LOAD process may create duplicate message 
queues during the table scan stage but for Windows server, it 
prohibit creating duplicate queues, causing the LOAD to fail 
with SQL2044N. This apar only applies to DB2 v97fp3 and v97fp3a.
