Problem description:
This APAR will limit the scope of the optimization added in 
IZ36539, which attempts to push down group-by subquery through 
outer-join subquery, when all of the following conditions are 
met - 
 
1. Database Partitioning Feature (DPF) 
2. Group-by subquery is not a scalar subquery. 
3. The group-by subquery and outer-join subquery are fed to a 
   common inner join operator. This inner join operator has at 
   least another input stream, called subq3. 
4. Group-by subquery and subq3 have equality join predicate.
