ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE REQUIRES SYSADM OR DBADM - TABLE OWNER SHOULD BE AUTHORIZED AS WELL. |

| Problem description: |
The ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE procedure does not currently allow the
table owner (definer) to invoke the procedure if the owner is
neither a SYSADM or DBADM.
This APAR will be used to relax this restriction so that a table
owner can move the table |
