Some of the time interval monitor metrics may return an incorrect value. |

| Problem description: |
DB2 uses a low level operating system performance counter to
calculate some of the time interval monitor metrics. If a db2
agent thread moves from on CPU to another CPU there is a small
chance that the agent thread will compute an incorrect value for
an interval monitor metric. |
