SQL0658N DUE TO DUPLICATE PACKAGE NAMES WHEN CREATING SQL ROUTINES CONCURRENTLY |

| Problem description: |
When creating SQL routines concurrently in multiple threads, a
SQL0658N error may occur due to duplicate package names being
used by multiple create statements.
The full error may look as follows:
SQL0658N The object "SCHEMA.PACKNAME" cannot be explicitly
dropped or altered. LINE NUMBER=5. SQLSTATE=42917 |
