DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC74043 Status: Closed

DB2LOOK MAY GENERATE INCORRECT TABLESPACE CONTAINER INFORMATION FOR
PARTITIONED DATABASES

product:
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 970 - DB2
Problem description:
DB2LOOK may generate incorrect tablespace information when
multiple DB2LOOK commands that retrieve tablespace layout
information are run at the same time.

The same container name may be duplicated (as in the example
below where there is actually only one container) or there could
be missing containers:
CREATE REGULAR TABLESPACE "REG1" IN DATABASE PARTITION GROUP
IBMCATGROUP PAGESIZE 4096 MANAGED BY SYSTEM USING

('/home/db2inst1/db/db2inst1/NODE0000/SQL00002/CONT1',
'/home/db2inst1/db/db2inst1/NODE0000/SQL00002/CONT1') ON
